Shipping Policy

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across the world every day, and we strive to provide you with services of the highest level.

The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time is the time from ordering to shipping. It takes time to prepare for shipping from the warehouse. This includes preparing items, performing quality checks, and packaging for shipping. It usually takes 5-10 days.

  • Shipping time is the time duration from when the order is shipped to when it’s delivered. It usually lasts around 7-9 weeks.

Delayed shipment:

Please contact our carrier and customer service to investigate. If an exception is confirmed (i.e. the parcel is lost) or the delay is longer than the shipping time duration, we are responsible for shipping or refunding depending on your preference.


order tracking:

Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with the tracking number and carrier. Simply visit your carrier's website and use the tracking number to track your package.


Shipping fee: 

Free shipping is available across most mainland areas. Shipping surcharges apply to remote areas of your country. (We do not ship to these three areas:Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.)



Our products include taxes that are prepaid at customs. You do not have to pay the tax twice after payment. If you encounter customs contacts and are asked to pay taxes, please contact customer service for assistance.
